APT’s senior
technicians and experienced field production teams are training the local
senior staff. Training is carried out in operating facilities in other
countries or on-site while running-in the local equipment and systems.
Post training activities are offered to maintain the senior project local staff
updated and improve its operational skills. Periodical refreshing courses
in-situ are optional
